Objective:
My objective in teaching this course is to help students develop skills that will help them in the market place of General Contracting. Students will learn how to build a residential home from the footers to the ridge cap with an understanding of applicable local and state codes.

Education:
Associate of Science from CEU in 1997.

Job/Teaching:
For the last five years I have concentrated my efforts into creating a viable building trades program at CEU-SJC and the Applied Technology Center where I have been teaching the skills of residential home building. I have been owner/manager of Einerson Construction Co. and held a General Contractors license since 1977to present and have been active in building during that period.

Honors
I received a certificate of installation from the SCHOOL OF ARTHROPOD BARRIER CONSTRUCTION in 1999 (termite control).

Service:
I have served on a church council where I oversaw the planning and installation of a recreational facility including a volleyball court, pavilion, campsites, and remodeling of cabins. I now serve in a bishopric where I oversee the physical management specialist in organizing service projects for needy families. I also work with the youth ages 14 to 16. These youth have been active in cleaning up properties and yards for city and individuals. I have served as a soccor coach in the city league for the past two years.
